Workingonsafety.net is an international network of decision-makers, researchers and professionals responsible for the prevention of accidents at work. The network seeks to bring accident prevention experts together in order to facilitate the exchange of information and experience between different countries and sectors. The Working on Safety network attracts researchers, regulators, inspection bodies, safety professionals and other experts in this field of research and policy-making. It consists of an Internet platform (www.workingonsafety.net) and a biannual conference.

After the successful 1st Working on Safety Conference in Denmark (2002), the 2nd Conference in Germany (2004), the 3rd Conference in the Netherlands (2006), the 4th Conference in Greece (2008) and the 5th Conference in Norway (2010), the organizing committee of the 6th Conference invites you to Sopot, Poland. The hosting institution is the Central Institute for Labour Protection – National Research Institute (CIOP-PIB), based in Warsaw.
